Hello Sewists,

A while back, when we first discovered the mug rug, I introduced the Under the Umbrella Mug Rug. Since everyone seemed to like it so much, I thought, why not feature it again? If you've never made a mug rug before, think of it as a placemat - only smaller. Simple enough right? Gather up your fabric scraps and create some of these placemats and mug rugs. If you're anything like me, you have a hard time letting go of fabric scraps. You might need them later! But there comes a point when you need to put that stash to use. What can you make with fabric pieces that are a quarter-yard or less? You can use a dozen different patterns to make these adorable round Sprocket Pillows.
