What can you make with your butterscotch flavor? It makes incredible butterscotch whipped cream. Yesterday, I added a half teaspoon to Bavarian cream—which you can get for 50% off right now. It made terrific butterscotch cream. We had some great peaches so I made a peaches and butterscotch cream pie. But you can also make terrific butterscotch cream cupcakes. For me it is easier to imagine caramel flavor than butterscotch—like caramel and apples or caramel and pecans—but butterscotch works just as well. Try it in banana bread or zucchini bread. It's terrific in smoothies and shakes. Butterscotch is also a great substitute for butter rum flavor.
