Good Morning Crocheters!

Let there be light! Who doesn't love a soft and lacy afghan pattern? What's great about this kind of project is that it works for all season. Even in the summer, you can curl up in the air conditioning with a lacy afghan and good book.

Light afghans usually have loose stitches and require lightweight yarn. Enjoy the process of creating a fun afghan project that you'll love showing off.

Featured Christmas Pattern

We're one week closer to Christmas! Christmas crochet patterns come in all shapes and sizes. This week, let's focus on a festive granny square.

Christmas is filled with traditional symbols like cross shown in the Cross Afghan Square. This square is completely understated but still so gorgeous. A single crochet puff stitch is used to create the cross in the center of the square. Use fingering weight yarn and a Size D hook to complete your square.
